We offer a 100% Guarantee of Authenticity on all of our autographed memorabilia, ensuring that every piece is genuine and hand-signed by the athletes being represented.

3. How do I make sure of the Authenticity of the item myself?

Each memorabilia item has its own unique serial number, found on the Authenticity certificate, letter or hologram sticker associated with it. You can enter this number into the authentication association’s database through its website. You will find a corresponding image of the item, proof of the signature date, and some other data specific to your item.

4. What certificates will I receive when purchasing any signed memorabilia?

You will receive a letter of authenticity (LOA) and/or certificate of authenticity (COA) along with the unique hologram sticker with every memorabilia item you purchase. These certificates are issued by the largest authentication associations in the world, which have a special and unique system that takes effort and time to make sure that the item is 100% authentic.

6. How do you ensure yourselves of the authenticity of the items you have?

The process might take weeks of communicating with the Authenticity agencies and associations, sending them the items or huge number of photos just to get the approval for the LOA (letter of Authenticity) which is hard to get.

7. Are your items exactly like the images shown on the website?

As most of the time we only have one piece of each signed memorabilia, the photos shown for each item are identical to the item you will receive.

If we have more than one piece of the same item, the images will be representative of the items offered. The exact location and sizes of individual signatures may vary with that shown due to the personal signings being unique on each item.

8. Are the signed items, such as jerseys and gloves, original or replica?

Many signed jerseys and gloves are replica and not original. Remember that the value is in the signature, not the item signed on. The replica items are made for memorabilia purposes, the most important of these being that it is manufactured for long-life when framed.

9. Why are autographed memorabilia so expensive?

The prices of international signed memorabilia are not cheap at all, as they are personally signed by stars and legends in the world of sports and entertainment, so they are very rare and not easy to obtain. But we at Wishamps always try to keep our prices very thoughtful and competitive.

10. How long does shipping take?

- Same day inside Dubai if ordered before 2:00 PM UAE time.

- Next day if ordered outside Dubai and within the UAE.

- International shipping - the item will be shipped within 3 days.

11. Is shipping free within the UAE?

Yes, shipping is completely free within cities in the UAE.

12. Why does shipping take longer in the case of framed items?

As we deal with the largest framing shops in the city, and since we care about the quality of the final product that reaches the customer, manufacturing a high-quality frame may take days of work.

13. What if I would like to get a memorabilia item that is not available on your website?

You can contact us and send the shirt, glove, or poster you are looking for. We will respond to you within a few days about whether it is available from the international supplier or not.

14. Can I wash my signed jersey or glove?

We do not recommend this at all.

You will erase the signature and completely damage the item.

15. Are there photos proving the superstar's signature on the items you are selling?

Many of our items include a photo of the star signing the memorabilia we are selling. However, it is not always possible to take a photo at the moment of signing.

Here comes the role of international authenticity organizations, which examine memorabilia items very carefully and go through a long and complex process to ensure that the item is 100% authentic.

16. Are the signed items you have completely brand-new and unused?

We sell memorabilia, not arts or sportswear.

Each piece is in a different condition, some pieces may look new and others may have some wrinkles and blemishes.

You should know that the older these pieces become, the more their material and moral value increases.

17. Is international shipping of framed items expensive?

This depends on the country we ship to… But in general, yes.

Shipping framed items internationally is expensive because they are large in size and weight.

Therefore, We advise our customers when purchasing any item from outside the UAE to buy the items unframed. You can contact us when you receive the item to guide you to the best frame shop in your city.
